Does this homemade VIRAL BERRY CUBE DESSERT live up to the ORIGINAL?

✨Recipe:
Ingredients:
Raspberry Sauce:
• 4 oz each strawberries and raspberries, blended and strained
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp lemon juice

Raspberry Mousse:
• 4 oz each strawberries and raspberries, blended and strained
• ⅔ cup granulated sugar
• 1 packet unflavored gelatin (bloomed in ¼ cup cold water)

Additional:
• Pistachio cream
• White chocolate (dyed red) or ruby chocolate, melted
• Half strawberries, for garnish

Directions:
1. Coat silicone cube molds with a generous layer of melted white chocolate (dyed red) or ruby chocolate, making sure the sides are fully covered. Freeze until set.
2. In a small saucepan, combine the strained berry puree, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until bubbling and thick enough to leave a clean line when you run a spatula through the pan. Let cool.
3. Heat the second batch of strained berry puree with sugar until fully dissolved. Stir in the bloomed gelatin and mix until smooth. Let the mixture cool slightly before using.
4. Remove the chocolate shells from the freezer. Pipe in raspberry mousse until halfway full. Add a dollop of pistachio cream and a spoonful of raspberry sauce into the center. Fill the rest of the mold with more mousse until it reaches the top.
5. Freeze the filled molds for several hours, or until completely firm.
6. Carefully remove the set cubes from the molds and top each with half a fresh strawberry. Enjoy the burst of flavor in every bite! 🍓
